Gary Stropoli, Founder and CEO

Gary Stropoli is an accomplished executive with broad leadership experience.  As a Chief Financial Executive and business operations leader, He has extensive success and expertise in turning around struggling organizations, integrating cutting-edge technologies to achieve superior results and leading effective change, regardless of the business or market challenge. Leveraging his wide-reaching business background, with experience from startups to the Fortune 100, He serves as a change agent, executive advisor, or Board Member. He offers a proven, strategic approach to lead complex initiatives and position the organizations he represents on the forefront of technology and innovation. Gary received his Master of Business Administration with Graduate Honors from Regis University.

Gary’s most recent corporate experience includes working with Private Equity where he was recruited to help turnaround a struggling International Private Medical Insurance group.  He restructured the company, brought it to profitability and positioned it for sustainable success.  Previously, Gary was recruited by “The Fed”, the U.S. Treasury, to help rehabilitate AIG, which was under TARP at the time. Prior to that he was a Senior Financial Executive in the Munich Re Group, the largest reinsurance company in the world. Early in his career, Gary led the development of another major insurance group’s international expansion and business development through both profitable organic growth and strategic mergers and acquisitions, ultimately growing this groups international business operations from $100 million to over $1 billion in profitable revenues. He has developed key management systems and integrated them into the overall company infrastructure on a global scale. He drives the development of strategies for growth, profit improvement and business expansion while guiding executive teams to execute on those strategies.

As a product of an entrepreneurial family, with a multimillion dollar business operation in New York City, Gary also understands the family, social and unique management dynamics of a closely held company.

Gary has a passion for assisting companies to achieve superior results for their stakeholders and has both the formal business education, broad-based experience in Finance, Operations and Systems within a global, corporate and small business environment and, the business demeanor to effectively add value to your firm. Throughout his career he has counseled other executives and drove change, enhancing performance of the respective business unit. He has a proven track record for devising and implementing strategies and developing modern and efficient business infrastructure.
